SUGGESTION HANDBOOKS

I talked about my training results at Brunei previously. The pictures above are the evident. Three organisations have developed a suggestion handbook. It is beginning of the journey towards excellence.

I notice that the first picture of the handbook really looks good in term of colour scheme and presentation, except that it is totally in bahasa Melayu, missing out on the English equivalent. Many countries in Asia, or even the world, are giving great emphazis to the use of the English language, but many still cling on to their own national language at all cost. It is not that national language is not important, but a country should also be forward looking, and make use of an additional international language like English to be relevant in the 21st century. Singapore is that one country which make huge progress by being relevant.
