

Most of the tennis court in the condominium was under utilised. However, I came across a condominium where the tennis court was double up as basketball court as well as badminton court (See photo). Instead of spending huge money to build that two courts, they just do a bit of improvement on the existing tennis court to make it a 3- in- 1 tennis courts.
This is what I called Kaizen.

The idea of turning an existing tennis court into a multi-purpose court (3-in-1), which badminton and basket ball can also be played in, is indeed very innovative. However the condominium management has to schedule well ahead for different players of these three types of games so that they would not clash with each other over the timing of the games.
