QUEUEING 排队

We are so use to queueing. We queue to pay bill, buy food, collect gifts or see doctor etc. There were queueing that cannot be avoided such as waiting to see doctor that due to unforeseen circumstances.

However, there were a lot of queueing which can be avoided. A good example is the paying of parking fee, utility bills or phone bills. Quite a lot of places had implemented automated cash card paying system or GIRO payment to eliminate this activities. Thanks to those who came up with the ideas to solve the problems.

Yes paying through GIRO or by cheques can save a lot of time in queueing up at the counter, but the problem is many people do not trust the use of GIRO for fear of losing control over the bank transaction part. I personally like to use cheque which is a good way to monitor spending, and issuing of cheques is in itself an effective way to record expenses. If we find any anomaly, we can always check up with the bank.
