CUSTOMER SERVICE 客户服务PERKHIDMATAN PELANGGAN

I visited a furniture shop last Friday. I saw there were two areas that the company shown customer care.

1 pencils, feedback forms and a box provided for customer to give feedback .

2 display of taxi telephone numbers on the wall. pencils and slip of paper for customers. See photo.

It was a good customer service practice.

Yes I agree this time that the company is not 'wayanging' (not like some govt agencies)- why? The reason is that they take pain to set up the items meticulously. So they really mean business, not 'wayanging'. It is noted that they place these items neatly in a nice spot. This also reflects the company keeness in receiving feedback which can help in improving the company business. Just like in the case of furniture giant Courts (AMK) which have their goods so well displayed that many customers are attracted to walk automatically into the mall.
