SUGGESTION BOX 意见箱 KOMEMTOR PETI

I saw comment/feedback boxes at two big organisations. The boxes come without forms and pens.
They were just for show. My friend Zen said it is "wayang" .

My suggestion to the two organisation is to remove the box instead.

Why does a big organisation 'wayang'? it is mainly because the smaller boss who put up the box wants to impress the big boss that his department is up to date. He also shows off to the general public that his department values feedback from the customers. In actual fact all this set is just for show. Is he not worried that his boss may find out his pretentious act? Not exactly, because he knows his boss also a genuine practitioner of 'wayanging'. So birds of the same feathers flock together. The cat is out of the bag, when customers cannot find pen and form to make a suggestion, but does the management really care, even if Pehsk make a suggestion to remove the box?
