OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 手册 Arahan Bertindak

OPERATING INSTRUCTION'S

The picture above shown the operating instruction for the audio visual aids in the training room that was take charge by me.
I used only photos and red dots to show the step- by- step of using the equipment.
I am very proud of the idea. I have visited a lot of training rooms. I am quite confident that my instruction was very user friendly.

Operating instruction has always been useful to users, and also a step by step aid to those who are new to the place. Similarly audio visual aids has greatly enhanced modern education. As the saying goes 'a picture is worth a thousand words'. An often forgotten aid which helps many operations personnel to ensure safety is the checklist which serves as a reminder to potential dangers lurking around. I can still remember the empty hold of a vessel causing an explosion because some remaining gas was still there. After that incident, port safety inspectors were told to use a checklist whenever they inspected vessel's compartments. Therefore never under-estimate the importance of a checklist.
