FEEDBACK

I saw the feedback drawer at one of the hospital ( See photo).

This is no feedback form or pencil provided. I am very sure my readers are able to give ideas to improve the table and the drawer .

For a hospital (govt or private?) such arrangement for feedback from the public is very apathetic. Can't they come up with something better? The feedback drawer so to speak, is placed underneath a table, and could easily go unnoticed, grossly indifferent to public opinion, not providing forms and pen add to users' frustration. If the authority in charge lacks idea of a better arrangement, they could, at least, copy ideas from other people. This poor implementation a feedback system reflects that the management is not interested in it, maybe just putting up a for show to please the big boss. I am convinced that they are wayanging'.
