Peh - I think the park is run by National Park Board. As you know, this govt body is very up to date when productivity and staff training are concerned. Remember they used to engage my brother chun see to conduct courses for their management staff. The courses conducted could have included 5S training which may be the reason for the clever placement and using of appropriate signs in the parks.
