Feedback For Improvement
For those who use the MRT train will know how uncomfortable are those seats provided at some of the stations.
Thanks for those who provide the feedback to the press. With their input we improved.

Some years back I made a suggestion to SMART to provide seating facilities inside MRT station through their feedback form. They replied saying that commuters could seat outside the station at those side concete extensions which are actually not a proper seating arrangement. The authority is obviously not in favour of people congregating inside the station, fearing that traffic flow would be affected, but I think otherwise. If well planned seating arrangement is properly done, such problem would not arise.
