3- in- 1 Suggestion Scheme Training

When I first started my training at Brunei, there were three programmes:

• committee training
• leader training
• member training

After the training, I have improved the training by combining the 3 training in to 1. I even got a professional editor to to edit my lecture notes.

This is the spirit of Continous Improvement.
