ST CORE VALUES 新科价值观

One of my suggestion made during my work with Singapore Technologies Kinetics was to translate the core values into Chinese.

I remembered the CEO announced the ST core values at a conference attended by all senior staff. In my mind, the values needed to be communicated to all employee especially the lower level workers. So I wrote to the CEO. I told her that I volunteered my service to translate the value into Chinese

Few months later, I completed the job see picture.

By the way, ST core values were:

• Integrity
• Value Creation
• Courage
• Commitment
• Compassion

I was in line with the core values because I had implemented some of the them.
