My estate is facing some parking problems. Motorists did not park their vehicles in the parking lots. They parked at the fire engine lots ( See photos)
I told the committee to study the problems in according to Plan, Do, Check and Action cycle and come up with solutions.
To me, the problem is not the same as my previous example on obstruction. It required more time to solve !
