I saw the Suggestion Box Hotline at one of the supermarket. There were staff photos , their department and contact number shown on top of the suggestion box (see photo).
It was a good idea to display the details of the person in charge. In case you have any suggestions or not happy with the service, you can contact the person immediately.
This is in line with the spirit of continuous improvement.

The supermarket mentioned is genuinely interested in customer feedback, not like some other places which put up suggestion boxes just for 'wayang' - even not providing pen, pencil or forms - misleading customers all the way. By posting the photos with names and hot-lines of their respective contact persons proves that the supermarket means 'business', truly have their customer's interest at heart, not 'wayang'.
