ORAGNISATION CHARTS
I have visited two organisations. I saw the organisation chart with lines and photos. It was a good practice for an organisation to have the chart. It also tell the customer who is the in charge of the department.
An organisation chart is just a blue print showing the overall structure of a company. It is like a formation of a soccer team with every player knowing the role he plays, and together with his other team-mates, fighting as a single unit, to win the game. Likewise, the organisation chart shows the responsibility of individual key officials working in unity with others to run the company successfully.
