I had an accident many years back whereby I hurriedly went into my boss car to avoid the rain coming down. In so doing, my upper right cheek hit the a corner of his front car window frame. There was no apparent injury, but I suffered a prolong sharp pain at the cheek bone. Later, through an x-ray found a hair-line fracture at the injured spot. It took quite a long time to heal this fracture. Lesson learnt: not to rush thing unnecesarily in order to avoid an accident. Like what an english saying advises: look before you leap.

Thank God it's not serious since you have gone back to your brisk walking exercise.
Have to admit that age is catching up. Must be extra careful. Take care buddy.
Check your shoes/slippers; they could be the cause.
