I attended a seminar on Learn Chinese the Effective Way on 16 Feb 2008 at Creative Technologies Auditorium.
The seminar was conducted by CEO of Creative Knowledge and DGM of Panpac Education. It was an excellence seminar where the speakers explained the Chinese Language development in Singapore and how the technology can help the students to master the language.
However, there were only 50 participants. The event was published in Straits times on 15 Feb and Zao Bao on 14 Feb 2008.
My concern is how to improve the participation rate so that more people can benefit from the seminar? The auditorum can accommodate 200 people.

This clearly reflects that in any educational promotion programme, relevant government authority must be involved to make it successful, without which much effort would be futile.
