My friend Mr Ho invited my ex army colleagues and I to his club at the city last thursady. It was a nice club where there were a lot of facilities.
The service was very good. At the counter, I saw a feedback form ( See picture). It was well designed. It was a good practice to have such form for customer to give feedback . Of course, the organisation should also be prepared to listen as well as response to the suggester.

Many responsible service providing enterprises have customer feedback forms expecting service users to give valuable feedback so that they can make further improvement. This makes business sense, but there are companies which just provide such forms and when they receive feedbacks they do nothing. I remember suggesting to a large supermarket inside a prominent mall to provide a mailing box for the convenience of the public not only for the supermarket but also for the mall itself. Nothing has been done since. Should they have difficulty in installing one, at least they should reply to me telling me the reasons, but they choose to be silent. That is why feedback forms are sometime put up for show.
Thanks for the comments.
I use to provide feedback. I have come to the conclusion that the Singapore government departments are very prompt on this. The will act on it if the feedback make sense.
