In today's TNP , it reported about Leap year. There was a picture showing a baby born on 29 Feb 2008 midnight , a training institute is offering him tertiary education fee of $30,000 to do any bachelor degree course. I do not have other details for the scholarship.In my opinion , It was a good strategy in getting publicity. Luckily there were no other organisations offering such long term deal for the baby. Other wise the baby will be under a allot of pressure to enjoy the bonus starting the first entering the school. He needs to bear in mind the $30K bonus for at least 18 years.

This is a clever way for a company to attract public attention (getting more business) through a newspaper without paying an advertising fee, at the same time hitting two birds with a stone. The question of bonus is a future issue and may not be there when the time comes.
