REWARD FOR FEEDBACK奖励回馈



I wrote to Public Utility Board (PUB) to tell them the water consumption at my estate was high. I requested them to look into the issue. To my surprise, they thanked me for my feedback and sent me a cash card (See pictures). A team of technicians came to my estate to resolve the issue I brought up.

Lesson learnt here is to reward feedback and take actions on suggestions.
