Singapore Technologies HQ had developed a programme called ST QUEST Team Workbook. The material was written in English. However, not all staff in the company can read and write the language.
I offered my service to translate the workbook into Chinese (see picture).

Large corporations usually have a list of core values to guide them towards a common goal of success. If everybody within the company practises such values, indeed the company, like a large ship, is able to reach its destination, no matter how challenging the storms it meets during the voyage. It is sad to say that this ship sometimes fail to reach its port of call and the responsibility should squarely fall onto its captain and the crew (management). Unless the management can set a good example there is nothing much the workers can do. In other words failure is on its way, no matter how wisely the core values are being crafted.
