I am referring to my blog on the obstruction of pedestrians.
It was a problem faced by the general public. The person in charge of quality service should study the situation, understand the feedback, think about a solution and take actions. In Japanese term it called Gemba Kaizen 现场改善.
Let me show you another photo. In my opinion, the organisation can just redraw the parking lot, put up signage. The problem should be able to eliminate.
