On the same day on Strait Times 17 June, I saw the picture on Interactive Broadcasting Service.
It was a good idea to have such panel in the taxi. I believe it will come with a price. The passenger may not need to pay for the service. But some one has to bear the cost of installation either the taxi company or the company who is advertising the services.
So my conclusion is that, nothing is free in the commercial world..

I do not believe taxi companies or taxi owners would allow pictures and advertisements pasted inside their vehicles for nothing. It is most likely that such advertisement is being sponsored by a company using taxi as a medium, benefiting the sponsor, the taxi companies and the passengers as well, indeed a win-win strategy. This is what kaizan is all about - to improve things continuously all the time.
