JAPANESE NEW PET 日本新宠物

I read a new on The New Paper on "When no one will listen " this month.

The Japaneses had invented a new gadget (pet) that can blow and flap its leaves (see newspaper cutting).

It was a good idea to invent such gadget. The question is how many people are interested to buy and what is the cost ?

Pehsk - You may be surprised quite a few people would be interested to buy such an innovative toy. Now in Japanese society many people are living alone - some singles, older folks, and others. As mentioned in the newspaper many of these people feel lonely, stressed out but prefer to to live a closet life, hence adopting a pet for a companion. The problem is looking after a pet is a very tiring affair, and costly too. Therefore this type of electronic toy which meet their needs comes in handy. I remember a story featuring an innovative young US enterprenuer came out with an idea of selling a cute pet 'rock' with a nice name and a resume tacked on to it. This product sold like hot cakes making its creator quite rich in the process.

Dear Zen,
Thanks for your comments.
I admired those who come up the ideas, implement them and make it works.

I believe if a person wants to have an innovative idea he needs a strong desire to succeed. He should also be sharp in his observation, possessed an analytical mind, intuition and a dare-to-try attitude. Only then will he able to succeed. In other words, an innovative idea just cannot fall from the sky.
