I have the habits of cutting newspaper when there is interesting news.
The problem is that there were more than one people at my family reading the papers. If I cut it too early, my family members will miss the news. If I cut the news later, some times I will forget or unable to find the news. So I came up with this idea of label the news by pasting a past up slip ( see picture). The past- up slip of paper was big enough to remind me.
To me it was a good idea to remind me about newspaper cutting.

Well Pehsk you could easily solve this problem by emulating my younger brother Chun See - another practitioner of kaizan, by scanning the required article - be it in newspaper or some other publication, and keep it in his electronic records. As for myself, a PC low-tech oldie, I am not able to perform this task, but I believe you surely can.
I used to do this a lot but nowadays getting lazy.
If you do not need to read the details of the article, you can always take a photo with your digital camera. It's faster.
