LYB was my ex colleague from National Productivity Board (NPB). He brought me to Brunei in 2004. I did a sharing on my ex-company in the area of Kaizen.
In 2005, I started to conduct the programme for them. I have made some achievements in the areas of Kaizen. Three ministries have started the journey of Kaizen.
I really appreciate what he have done for me.
