KAIZEN FOR THE SEMINAR

I always look out for things for improvement, when I was attending the Jakarta seminar, I noticed that there were three points that can be kaizen:
  • To have a programme for the day
  • To compile the note in a more professional manner
  • To explain the purpose of completing the feedback form

I was attending the seminar with some very Senior person. I hope my suggestions for improvement were be considered in the future seminar.

Not having a programme for a seminar is indeed very unprofessional. It is like having a meeting without an agenda. As for compiling notes in a professional manner, this is expected from a reputable organiser of the seminar, failing which the participants would form a bad impression of the organiser. As for feedback form, it is a useful tool to gauge whether the seminar is successful or not, with a view of future improvement when necessary
