The hotel I stayed at Orlando had a key drop box suggestion (see photo).I spotted the box when I was checking out.
I think a suggestion box or comment box should serve only one purpose. It should not be combined with other things. Due to the time constrain, I do not have time to clarify with the hotel.

I thought keys should be returned to the counter staff and not drop into a box? I do not really understand the use of this so called key box. Suggestions (confidential ones) should be dropped into a box prominently at a correct place, usually at the reception area. As for general feedback (for services rendered), usually there are forms placed conveniently on the table in the individual rooms for guests to fill up.
