"MADE YOUR DAY" BOX

If you visit government department or ministry in Singapore, you will see suggestion/comment boxes. The objective of the box is to gather customer feedback or compliant.

Last Friday when I had my eye check at one of the hospital, I saw a “Made Your Day” box.

Beside the compliant box, I found it was a good idea to set up such a box to give recognition to staff.

The 'Made Your Day' box placed in a prominent place in a hospital is very practical and useful. When people visiting their doctors they are naturally very anxious, apprehensive or even depressed, worrying about their health conditions. Bright and colourful reading materials to cheer them up are most appropriate and useful boosting their down-hearted spirit. The relevant hospital staff putting up the box should be commended for their thoughtfulness.
