SUGGESTION BOOK (COMMENT BOX)

I arrived at US Orlando International Airport on 19 Nov 2008. I saw a comment box. There were post card size survey forms attached to it (see photo).

The design of the form (card) was simple and easy to complete. Another good point was it was a business reply card for visitor to post in US.

However, In order to improve the system to get immediate feedback, I like to make two suggestions:

1 To provide a pen
2 To provide a writing top

No pen and a place for writing? they are like some of our local companies - wayanging. As for the form and suggestion box, there are quite similar to those in Singapore, nothing very special. What are the self-addressed reply cards for? Are they used for visitors to enclose the suggestion form to it, feedbacked from other locations (including home) and returned by post to the company?
