MESSAGE CENTRE

I saw this message centre while I was attending a seminar. It was similar to "Kanban" concept in a manufacturing company.

It was a good idea for communication. The commercial firm can also make use of the centre to publicise their services.

It is an excellent concept for staff or people to share information vide posted messages and also an effective communication tool. However, if we were to scutinize the board carefully, the messages are put up in an sloppy manner. We should not blame the system or even the board. People pinning up the messages should be more mediculous and arrange their messages in a proper way. I once saw a message board in one of the TTSH wards, the thank-you cards addressed to the hospital staff from the patients were neatly pinned on the board, providing a good visual effect, and indeed was very commendable.
