I visited Taiwan recently. When I arrived at the Taipei airport, I spotted two types of suggestion box ( see photos). One for all visitors and the other one was for visitors from mainland China.
I think it was a good idea to have difference feedback box. I am sure the mainland visitors will feel proud of having a box for them to provide feedback.

Normally one suggestion box for general feedback is good enough because relevant authorities would subsequently sort out the suggestions and categorise them accordingly, e.g. those relating to services, staff attitude and so forth, taking appropriate action to address to the needs of the visitors. But in the case of Taiwan a separate box specially for feedback from China visitors is of utmost importance, bearing in mind that there is still a great political controversy both states over the 'one china principle'. This special treatment would project a good image to the visitors, sending a message of goodwill accorded to the mainlanders, hence able to attract more mainland tourists to visit taiwan, directly boosting the present flagging economy of the island.
