I blogged about Taiwan suggestion box on 10 Dec 2008. Beside the difference design of the box, they used difference forms. The form for the mainland china asked three questions :
1 waiting time at passport inspection
2 are the inspectors courteous and helpful
3 your comments and suggestions
I think it was good to focus on specific area for the main land China visitors.
The form for general feedback was too complicated. There were too many questions.

Yes I do agree that the general feedback form is too complicated. Visitors in a hurry would be discouraged when they see such a form
and make them relunctant to provide useful feedback. The authority must realise this anomaly and correct it fast, otherwise it would defeat the purpose of having feedback in the first place. Peh- you should tell the authority of their poor insight for providing such a form.
