My friend Zen spoke to me over the phone regarding his Friendship Gathering Musical in September 2008.
Few days later, I received a postcard and a map. The postcard was well designed. The map is in full color. It provides all the necessary information to the venue ( See above pictures.)

I am thankful to pehsk for accepting our association invitation. At first, I have reservation of his attendance, because our association is a religiously (buddhist) inclined organisation, and afraid that my friend would hesitate to join us in the celebration and I am happy to note that pehsk is such an open-minded man ever willing to
share our joys. Our members are from all walks of life, young and old. Though they are not professionals, but they are willing to invest their time, money and effort preparing this cultural item, right from designing the above invitation card to execute the show itself. We are only one (Bishan south) of the many groups participating respectively island wide, with other individual groups putting up their own respective show. Although we are inexperience in this type of show, but we shall leave no stone unturned to let our invited guests enjoy the forthcoming musical with comfort and relaxation.

Our Soka Association has been participating in the annual NDP and chingay celebrations continuously for many years, putting up cultural performances for the public to enjoy. Though we are a Buddhist organisation, our goals are to promote value creating activities through education and culture to our multi racial society based on mutual respect, harmony and friendship to all. Our doors are always opened to anyone who is interested to know more of our organisation.
