When I was checking in Changi airport to Jakarta on 7 Dec 2007, I observed there were two things for improvement:
- To have a green and red light on top of the counter to show the availability of country
- To have a more obvious signboard for the Internet check in counter.
I wrote to Changi airport. They have replied and promised to study my suggestions.
